Tracy Mouncey is the President and Owner of Tracy Mouncey and Associates- a community and government relations firm based in Lakeland and serving the southeast. Prior to forming her company, Tracy was the Community Relations and Sustainability Manager for CEMEX’s East Aggregates Division for 15 years. She attended Troy State University and completed her AA in Political Science at Polk State College.

As President of TM&A, Tracy has created a multi-disciplinary strategic consulting firm that provides the full spectrum of business communications services. Her philosophy is that people, environment and communities all benefit when strong relationships are formed and maintained. Her expertise in successful business and community partnerships, crisis management, and shaping public opinion for clients in all major industry sectors enhances this belief.

Tracy is currently the Chairman of the Haines City Northeast Regional Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Tracy’s civic involvement includes service on the board of the Polk Education Foundation, Chairman of the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk and Advocacy chair for the Haines City Relay for Life, Advisor to Bethune Academy STEM Leadership Team, Wildlife Habitat Council Corporate Lands for Learning Advisory Council, committee chair for the Florida Limerock and Aggregate Institute and the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association, and Executive Director of the Central Florida Sand Mining Association. Tracy formerly served on the boards of the Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center, Polk State College Foundation, Polk County Early Learning Coalition, Polk County Red Cross, 21st Century Learning Community, Bethune Academy and Haines City High School School Advisory Council, and the Haines City Literacy Learning Academy.
